The Punjab State Lottery is run by the Directorate of Lotteries under the Finance Department of the Government of Punjab. Draws for the Dear 10 lottery take place Everyday at 6 PM, and is broadcasted live from Ludhiana’s Zila Parishad Building.
Prizes under ₹10,000 can be cashed by the Retailers . For larger prizes , Winners must submit the physical ticket, a claim form, and identity proof at designated Lottery Offices in Punjab. visiting the Directorate office with PAN and other documents.
